African Mango Pro was created exclusively to be sold on QVC. Because it wasn’t going to be displayed on retail shelves, I was able to remove many secondary elements from the front of the box–resulting in a clean, simple design. Initially, I experimented with many designs including several with African-based imagery which I tested on focus groups. I ultimately decided on bright greens and oranges and tropical imagery resulting in this design with health-oriented content and universal appeal.
